In Papua New Guinea, only 13 percent of the population has access to reliable electricity. Through the Business Partnerships Platform and the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, our business partners Sola PayGo and Bmobile, were able to supply PayGo d.light solar home systems to 2500 remote and rural households in Papua New Guinea. This video gives a detailed account of how, through PayGo’s solar technology, we were able to fast track the distribution of clean energy to underserved communities in Papua New Guinea.
